Each variety offers a unique expression of this exceptional terroir: KP delights with standout acidity, chocolate, caramel, and floral notes in a clean, well-balanced cup; N39 is full-bodied and sweet, with chocolate, caramel, and a bright lemony finish; and Batian charms with floral and nutty hints, smooth chocolate undertones, and a lingering, sweet aftertaste. Together, they capture the richness and diversity of Kilimanjaro’s coffee-growing slopes.
The Cherrys are handpicked at its optimal ripeness to ensure peak flavor and quality. Once harvested, the cherries undergo a meticulous washing process, where the outer fruit is removed using clean, fresh water. This method enhances the clarity and brightness of the cup, highlighting the bean’s natural characteristics while maintaining consistency and cleanliness throughout the batch.
