A clean and expressive filter coffee based on a single-origin coffee from Tanzania. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil at high altitude, it offers a refined cup with soft bergamot notes, gentle peach sweetness, and delicate floral hints of jasmine. Roasted lightly to preserve clarity, the result is a smooth, balanced coffee with high sweetness and a light body. Easy to drink, but layered enough to stay interesting, ideal for slow mornings, batch brew, or a more considered daily ritual.

BREWING RECOMMENDATION

15 g coffee per 250 ml
coarse grind
3–4 min brewing
250 ml water (90–93°C)

BREWING GUIDE:

  1. add 60 ml of hot water and let the coffee bloom for 30-45 seconds.
  2. slowly pour up to 150 ml using gentle circular motions.
  3. continue pouring up to 250 ml, allowing the water to draw down slightly between pours.
  4. total brew time: 3-4 minutes.
