15 g coffee per 250 ml
coarse grind
3–4 min brewing
250 ml water (90–93°C)
BREWING GUIDE:
- add 60 ml of hot water and let the coffee bloom for 30-45 seconds.
- slowly pour up to 150 ml using gentle circular motions.
- continue pouring up to 250 ml, allowing the water to draw down slightly between pours.
- total brew time: 3-4 minutes.
